We are excited to announce that Angel Town’s very own Jeremy Jay’s is touring Australia and New Zealand for the first time in November! The 6’3 , Buddy Holly / French New Wave inspired singer / songwriter released his debut album A Place Where We Could Go this year with an engaging response including Triple R’s Album of the Week.

Since the album release praise has come from in Australian and abroad. “Part poet, part ’50s teen idol and part ghost, Jeremy Jay begins his debut album by wishing his listeners goodnight, then pulls them into his lovely, haunting world. A Place Where We Could Go — which might be somewhere between Tinseltown and Neverland — is a place where girls have “fairytale looks” and candied apples are served for lunch, where dreams, fantasies and movies collide, and where Gene Vincent, Buddy Holly, Morrissey and Alan Vega are loved equally.” (All Music Guide)

Special guest Guy Blackman joins Jeremy on this special Australian tour. Audiences may have already seen Guy perform with the likes of other international names such as, Joanna Newsom, Bill Callahan, Jens Lekman, Calvin Johnson, The Blow amongst others. So here is your chance to witness, in the flesh, the generally all illusive Jeremey Jay!
